The Marketing Audit offered by Draia is a complimentary diagnostic consultation. Any projections, estimates, or recommendations provided during the audit are based on general industry data and information you provide. They do not constitute a guarantee of specific results. Actual results may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to market conditions, competition, execution, and budget.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Draia LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Site or our services.
